Li long tube skirt - possibly Li: Meifu (or 'Me-fu').There is a black and white photograph in Howard & Howard, Textiles of the Daic Peoples of Vietnam taken from Stübel 1937 which looks similar to this tubeskirt. Also see Costume of the Minority Peoples of China where the description of 'Meifu Li' in Dongfang County in Hainan would fit with this skirt. See Li references
