There is an exhibition: 'Skirting Identity, Women and Weaving in Laos, Thailand and Myanmar' which will be running for a month from 17th March to 16th April 2015 at The Trustman Art Galley, 4th floor, at Simmons College, Boston MASS.

I know very little about the exhibition but I was asked some time ago for higher resolution images from the http://www.tribaltextiles.info website. This week the attached digital invitation arrived. At the moment there is very little on the gallery's website http://www2.simmons.edu/trustman/exhibits/362.php with the link inviting a return when more information will be available.

I see that there is a lunchtime panel discussion on Tuesday 24th March 'Wearing Identity: How Clothes Speak.
