I bought this very nice handspun ikat sarung in Kalabahi in 1994, and was told it was a Ternate Island piece....would this be correct ? The tube sarung measures 126 cm x 66 cm and is deep blue & deepish brown coloured overall, has one small area of fraying shown & a small, slightly faded spot...but otherwise I'm pretty impressed with the condition ( feels nice & tight, thick and heavy ).
